TCG delivered an 8-month renovation of the Bay Café and first-floor changerooms at The American Club Hong Kong’s Tai Tam location. Spanning 6,890 sq.ft., the project brought a fresh, coastal-modern aesthetic to the club’s F&B and wellness facilities. Collaborating with INARC, WT Partnership, Sunland AL., and Prime Consulting, the team executed structural, MEP, and architectural upgrades under a traditional contract—elevating leisure time from locker room to latte.
