From Stable to Stunner: Shatin Clubhouse’s Bold New Look

Over an 11-month sprint, our team transformed the 30,892 sq ft second floor of Shatin Clubhouse into a sleek, functional hub for The Hong Kong Jockey Club. Acting as main contractor, we led architectural vision by DPWT Design, interior artistry by J.Candice, A.Lead & Concept I, and engineering precision from Green Engineering, Rider Levett Bucknall, and Far East MEP. Completed November 2024, this fit-out blends sophistication with spirited clubhouse energy.
