Main Contract Works for Retail Branch at OCBB B216 Kwun Tong Plaza

TCG delivered a comprehensive renovation for The Hong Kong Jockey Club’s flagship retail branch at Kwun Tong Plaza, spanning 15,845 sq.ft. across three floors. Completed over nine months under a traditional contract, the HKD54 million project featured full fit-out, A&A, and MEP works. Executed in collaboration with Arcadis and A.Lead Architect, the project revitalised the customer experience with modern retail design and seamless coordination across all disciplines.
