Animal Care Expansion & Remodelling Project for HKUST

TCG completed a 26,910 sq.ft. expansion and remodeling project for HKUST’s animal care and laboratory facilities over a 25-month, two-phase programme. The HKD78M project involved new building works, structural A&A modifications, and high-spec laboratory fit-outs. Delivered with full MEP integration using BIM, the project enhanced research capabilities while meeting stringent technical and operational standards within an active academic environment.
