TCG was appointed as Tier 1 Main Contractor for the renovation of Level 23 at HSBC’s Main Building in Central, covering 24,584 sq.ft. Delivered over 5 months under a traditional procurement route, the project was executed in close collaboration with Turner & Townsend, Hassell Design, and WSP. The works revitalised the office space with high-spec finishes, modern workplace solutions, and seamless MEP integration to meet HSBC’s global standards.
