A meticulous restoration of the iconic timber roof at Happy Valley’s Old Clubhouse. Working under a nominated subcontract for a NGO, the project fused heritage sensitivity with modern construction techniques. Despite tight constraints and a traditional procurement route, the 9-month programme delivered a structurally sound, visually faithful upgrade—reinstating character without compromise. Designed by A.Lead Architect and engineered by Far East, with Arcadis overseeing cost and contract management.
