TCG delivered renovation and fit-out works for a private club’s carpark and grandstand at 1 Jackson Road, Central. Spanning two phases over 42 weeks, the project included demolition, structural monitoring, A&A works, and MEP design and build. From canopy upgrades to a new MME portal, the works refreshed key member facilities with precision and coordination—bringing renewed functionality and refinement to one of Hong Kong’s most exclusive club environments.
