Brewing Change: A Fresh Pour for Hong Kong Beer Company’s New Home

TCG managed the 9,494 sq.ft. relocation of Hong Kong Beer Company’s brewery at Wang Kwong Industrial Building, Kwun Tong. Completed in 24 weeks, the project involved fit-out and MEP works across the G/F, M/F, and two exterior façades. From demolition and builders’ works to new building services and façade upgrades, the revitalised facility was designed to support smooth production, improved efficiency, and a refreshed industrial identity.
