Rising Above: Four Floors of Precision Inside the Financial Institution’s Vertical Core

TCG completed fit-out, MEP, and A&A works as Tier 1 Term Contractor for the renovation of Levels 41 to 44 at the Financial Institution’s Main Building in Central. Spanning 5,700 sq.ft. over 33 weeks, the project demanded seamless coordination within one of Hong Kong’s most complex live environments. The result—modernised workspaces that elevate functionality and comfort while maintaining the precision and performance expected of a global financial landmark.
