TCG delivered the 82,540 sq.ft. renovation of The Repulse Bay Arcade for The Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels group. Spanning six phases over 211 days, the works include A&A, structural strengthening, MEP upgrades, landscaping, and lighting enhancements. From new VIP rooms and lift lobbies to curated finishes and garden features, the project revitalises this heritage property into a timeless blend of elegance, functionality, and modern coastal charm.
