TCG delivered the 76,016 sq.ft. A&A and fit-out works for Stamford American School Hong Kong, transforming three podium floors at Imperial Cullinan into dynamic, future-ready learning environments. Over 173 days, the project includes structural demolition, double-volume space creation, a grand staircase auditorium, new MEP systems, and extensive fitting-out. With phased works covering classrooms, library, and open learning zones, the project redefines how education and design meet in an urban school setting.
