TCG completed the infrastructure main works for a major commercial development at 113–115 Argyle Street, Mongkok, for Hang Seng Bank. Spanning 372,693 sq.ft. over 91 weeks, the project included A&A structural works, full fit-out, MEP installations, and an internal staircase. With precision coordination and technical execution, TCG delivered a robust foundation and elevated interior framework—setting the stage for one of Kowloon’s most prominent commercial transformations.
