Concrete, Grease Tanks, and Makeovers: A Restaurant Reno with Real Grit

TCG undertook a comprehensive fit-out, MEP, and A&A package for a 15,360 sq.ft. restaurant renovation spanning 43 weeks. Works included full demolition of existing finishes and services, structural strengthening, concrete repairs, and ground beam modifications. Additions ranged from new lift shafts and grease tanks to window enlargements and VOC treatments. With phased works and licensing compliance built in, the project delivered a robust and future-ready dining environment.
