Spanning over 100,000 sq ft and 19 floors, this nine-month fit-out transformed an ageing building into the OZO Wesley Hotel—introducing the brand’s Hong Kong flagship. Delivered in three phases while portions of the hotel remained operational, the project balanced tight timelines, budget constraints, and legacy building issues. Through close coordination with the client and design team, TCG ensured a seamless transition from site to fully functioning hospitality destination.
