TCG delivered the interior fitting-out of The Mariner’s Club redevelopment at 11 Middle Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, spanning 19,504 sq.ft. across five floors over 136 weeks. The project included a main lobby, church, multi-function rooms, restaurant, bar, lounge, gym, and staff facilities. Featuring bespoke stained glass panels crafted in the UK and installed locally, the works also achieved BEAM Plus Gold certification and met clubhouse licensing requirements.
