From Plant Rooms to Prime Offices: Alexandra House Levels Up

At Alexandra House, TCG undertook extensive A&A works to reconfigure Levels 33, 34, and the upper roof. The project converted former E&M plant rooms into modern office areas, added new toilets, and extended staircases to meet fire safety codes. Works also included lift shaft extensions for high-zone lifts, new rooftop plant spaces, and upgraded MEP systems—delivering a refreshed, compliant, and functional workplace in one of Central’s landmark commercial towers.
