TCG completed the renovation and fit-out of changing rooms and adjacent spaces at The Hong Kong Cricket Club, spanning 5,027 sq.ft. over 27 weeks. The works involved demolition, decoration, MEP design and build, and A&A coordination to modernise facilities while maintaining member access throughout. With careful phasing and tight scheduling, the project refreshed essential areas with improved functionality, comfort, and circulation—all without disrupting the club’s daily rhythm.
