TCG delivered the 54,000 sq.ft. design and build fit-out for the Workplace Transformation Pilot Scheme across the Shatin Communications and Technology Centre and The Hong Kong Jockey Club Headquarters. Completed over 21.5 weeks (≈5 months), the project reimagined how work happens—introducing agile layouts, non-assigned seating, and smart office systems. With sustainability, flexibility, and well-being in mind, TCG created adaptive spaces that support productivity and redefine the future workplace experience.
