Renovation Rides Again: Sha Tin Clubhouse 5/F Gets a Bold Makeover

Over 9.5 months, we revamped the entire 5th floor of Sha Tin Clubhouse, creating a fresh, sophisticated space for the NGO. Covering 15,500 sq.ft., this traditional procurement project was delivered with precision and style under our main contractor role. Collaborating closely with Stylus Studio Limited for interiors and Rider Levett Bucknall for quantity surveying, the renovation wrapped up smoothly by December 2020—bringing a bold new vibe to this iconic clubhouse.
