Transforming Commercial Properties into Inspiring Spaces for Learning

TCG delivered Design & Build, fit-out, and MEP works for the new primary campus of YK Pao School at Maya Nouvelle, transforming 22,357 sq.ft. of commercial retail space. The scope included a new central steel staircase, BD structural approvals, glass partitions and acoustic music suites. Completed within a fast-track 145-day window, the project balanced precision with speed, converting retail plates into an inspiring learning environment.
