TCG delivered main works for the UG Catering (Dim Sum) facility at HSBC Centre, Tai Kok Tsui. Completed in 3 months under a Tier One Contract, the project involved close coordination with Arcadis and WSP to meet strict quality and programme requirements. The renovation enhanced operational efficiency and dining functionality, aligning with HSBC’s internal standards while ensuring seamless integration with existing MEP systems and building infrastructure.
