Located across three floors of the Private Club, this enhancement project reconfigures over 18,686 sq. ft. into a fitness centre, wellness zone, and staff recreation area. With everything from saunas and sleep pods to a golf simulator and internal staircase, the build combines calm with complexity. Designed by Purcell and Emma Maclean & Co, and executed through night shifts, it’s a refined transformation—built for recovery, not attention.
