TCG was appointed as a nominated sub-contractor for the commercial redevelopment at 12 Cannon Street and 531 Jaffe Road, Causeway Bay, covering 33,078 sq.ft. Over a 17-month programme, the project involved close collaboration with Ronald Lu & Partners, Concord & Associates, and other consultants. The redevelopment focused on delivering high-quality commercial space with upgraded structural, M&E, and interior works to meet modern business and tenant requirements.
